"I have two Sundance Spas so I am familiar with the delivery process, and am a professional Quality Assurance Manager so I am used to evaluating processes and their implementation."

"Our tub was scheduled for delivery on January 28, between 2pm and 6pm (on short notice I might add, the speedy timeframe was appreciated). At about 5:30pm I got a call from the team that they were on their way so I did not get concerned. They arrived with a large team of guys (which was needed) and were from the very beginning professional, competent and friendly. We got the tub located on it frame, and then they proceeded to work to install the added equipment including the spa lifter (something not done on my previous experiences, it was just left in the box for me). By this time it was dark and getting a bit cool (It was January after all), but thanks to the series of flashlights they continued to work in a very friendly and professional manner until the job was completed to their satisfaction (which exceeded my expectations). They left the job site at least as clean as they found it."

"We have had our Sundance Cameo Hot Tub from Ace for a year now and my husband has benefited greatly from it's therapeutic aspects. He was injured on the job in 1992 and suffers from ankle, knee and back pain. This pain is something he has learned to live with but he has finally found some relief in using our Sundance Hot Tub. He has developed a routine of rotating from one seat to the next until he completes the circuit and his whole body is "massaged."
